


Beth Teitell is the author of Drinking Problems at the Fountain of Youth (William Morrow, October, 2008), a take down of our society’s obsession with looking forever young. She is a correspondent for the Boston Globe’s Style section, where she writes on life, fashion, politics, kids and beauty. She writes the monthly Fashion Outsider column for the Globe’s Fashion Boston magazine. She freelances for Marketplace, the popular public radio business show. She has had regular segments on Fox 25 TV in Boston.
Beth is the author of From Here to Maternity: The Education of a Rookie Mom (Broadway Books, 2005).
Her humorous essays and other work have appeared in Time, the Washington Post, the Huffington Post, Shape, Daily Candy and the Boston Herald, where she was a staff columnist for many years. Beth lives outside of Boston with her husband and two sons.
Beth co-founded “I Have Nothing to Wear,” an annual charity event benefiting children in need.
